Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Peak VO₂ is not intended to function as a HIPAA-covered healthcare record system.

Healthcare providers and clinical organizations are responsible for determining whether their use of Peak VO₂ requires additional regulatory compliance measures, including Business Associate Agreements (BAAs).

9. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
